CLARCOR ANNOUNCES NEW PLANT OPENING
Franklin, TN, January 15, 2007 – CLARCOR Inc. (NYSE: CLC) announced today that CLARCOR Air Filtration Products (CLC Air), a subsidiary of CLARCOR, will be opening a new manufacturing and distribution center in Pittston, Pennsylvania. Richard Larson, President of CLC Air, said “The
investment we are making with this facility along with major
investments
in automation and state of the art production equipment and facilities
will make this plant the most technically advanced air filtration
manufacturer and distribution center in the HVAC filter industry.

249,600 square foot manufacturing and distribution facility will
provide approximately 100 new jobs for the area once in full
production by the end of the second quarter. CLC Air manufactures

of distribution channels under such well-known brands as Purolator®,
ATI and Airguard®.
